Your neogym
At neogym we understand everyone has their own fitness style and goals. As well as our state of the art gym, packed with Technogym equipment, we also offer instructor-led fitness classes, personalised PT sessions and the opportunity to relax in our Sauna and Steam suite.
Open 7 days a week from early morning until late, we’re on hand to support you.
neogym is located right next to our juice bar, offering tasty snacks and drinks to takeaway if you’re in a hurry or take a seat, relax and take a minute to yourself whilst watching the world go by.

sauna and steam suite
The sauna and steam suite offers the perfect way to start or end your day. Relax after a long day at work or after a workout as this is sure to help you unwind. Access to the sauna and steam suite is included in any membership.
golf simulator
We also offer a golfing experience in our TrackMan golf simulator. Here you can experience some of the most prestigious golf courses in the world. This can be enjoyed as a solo experience to practice your handicap, as a pair with our fun multiplayer golfing game options or given as a gift.

neogym is situated next to our juice bar. Offering tasty snacks, hot and cold drinks you can eat in or take away with you.
