We also host a variety of classes led by our friendly and professional PTs. This includes yoga, circuit training, total body conditioning and suspension training and more.

We also have an on-site juice bar and a Trackman golf simulator which can be booked by the hour. Practice your swing on renowned courses from around the world and compete against others.
