  • This class uses our studio space helping you sweat through a mixture of basic equipment and bodyweight exercises.

suspension strength training

This is a functional strength workout using a system of ropes, free weights and body weight exercises.

  • Our instructor will provide you with instructions to make each exercise both manageable and challenging for you. We keep the tunes pumping and aim to keep everyone motivated and engaged!

strength & stretch

This class will allow you to build your muscular strength.

  • This class will allow you to build your muscular strength. A combination of upper body, lower body and core exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands. Followed by a full body stretch to leave you feeling renewed from head to toe.

junior Korean kickbox and grapple (7 years+)

Whether your child is brand new to martial arts or has some experience, we have the class for them.

  • This class is for children looking to learn more about martial arts. It’s great for all children and is most importantly about them having fun.

adult Korean kickbox & grapple (12 years +)

This is a great mixed martial arts class for an older range of ages to enjoy and get involved in.

  • This class is slightly more advanced as it’s for older children looking to learn more about martial arts. It’s a great class full of martial arts exercises they will be sure to enjoy.
